Mr. Walsh gave me a very fair and honest estimate on what it would cost to clean my furniture, and despite being unable to afford his services at the moment he gave me honest advice on how to clean the furniture myself. Walsh's picked up my area rug for cleaning and finished quickly. The rug had a musty, dusty odor and although they could not get out the odor to my satisfaction, Terry said he was sorry it wasn't to my liking and said he would not charge my card. I have other rugs that I will definitely take here in the future. 5-star service! read less
