American Made Rugs
Our American Made collection combines robotic tufting technology with hand-finishing techniques to create custom rugs in six weeks. Available in any size or shape, these rugs use 100% felted wool, ECONYL nylon, or PET fibers from recycled water bottles. Designers can choose from over 600 patterns or create fully customized designs with free 48-hour renderings.
Journey Made Carpets
Preserving 520-year-old traditions, our Journey Made line features hand-tufted and hand-knotted carpets created by master artisans. These heirloom-quality pieces use natural fibers like wool and cotton blends, with options for complete customization. The process maintains strict quality disciplines while allowing for unique textures and patterns tailored to specific spaces.
Textured Rugs
Delos Rugs offers extensive textured rug options spanning casual to luxury applications. From high-loop shags to ribbed patterns, our textures include proprietary designs like Bouncy Loop and Modern Wave. Available in both American Made and Journey Made constructions, these rugs provide dimensional interest while maintaining durability for residential and commercial settings.
Aviation Carpets
Specially designed for aviation interiors, our carpets combine durability with aesthetic appeal. The Accelerated Design Series offers quick turnaround for standard patterns, while custom options allow for unique aisle designs without seams. Using non-repetitive patterns and precision-cut templates, we ensure perfect fit for private jets and commercial aircraft interiors.
Sustainable Materials
Our sustainability initiatives include using 100% recycled materials like PET from water bottles and ECONYL regenerated nylon from discarded fishing nets. We also offer natural wool options that are biodegradable and air-purifying. These materials maintain performance characteristics while reducing environmental impact across both residential and commercial applications.
