Services
Rug Cleaning
Our professional rug cleaning combines traditional hand-washing techniques with eco-friendly solutions to remove deep-seated dirt and allergens. Each process begins with a thorough inspection to determine fiber type and condition. We use organic shampoos, vinegar, and water to safely clean delicate materials while preserving colors and patterns. The six-step system includes dust removal, rinsing, spot treatment, and controlled drying to maintain structural integrity.
Repair & Restoration
Specializing in Persian rug restoration since 1972, our artisans address moth damage, frayed edges, and structural wear using authentic materials. Services include re-knotting, fringe replacement, and color restoration that matches original dyes. We employ traditional weaving techniques to repair holes and tears while maintaining historical accuracy. Each restoration project receives personalized attention to preserve the rug's cultural and monetary value.
Rug Appraisal
Our expert appraisals determine rug authenticity, origin, and market value through detailed fiber analysis and pattern evaluation. Certified valuers assess construction techniques and dye composition to verify age and origin. We provide documentation for insurance purposes or resale, incorporating current market trends and historical significance. The process includes fiber testing, pattern analysis, and provenance verification.
Rug Padding
Premium rug padding extends carpet lifespan while enhancing safety and comfort underfoot. Our non-slip pads reduce noise transmission by 30% and prevent floor scratches. The cushioning layer improves insulation and distributes weight evenly to prevent uneven wear. Available in various thicknesses, our pads work with all rug types while allowing proper airflow for material preservation.
